  • 1.Rates are quoted on a per room per night basis, and are valid for single and double occupancy.
  • 2.Room Rates are subject to 5% Luxury taxes on Rack Rate, 7.416% Service tax & 1.25% D.Vat on applied rate.
  • 3.Up to two children below 6 years of age can stay in the parent's room at no additional charge should no extra bed / mattress be required.
  • 4.Extra bed cannot be placed in Deluxe Rooms. An extra bed can only be placed in a Executive Room or a suite. Maximum occupancy per room is two adults. Room availability and rate may be subject to change if amendments are made to a confirmed booking.
  • 5.Hotel Check-in time is 1400 Hrs and Check-out time is 1200 Hrs, any early check-in or late check-out will be subject to availability and will be charged accordingly. The Hotel reserves the right to levy an additional charge of 50% of the room rate paid for check-outs between 1200 hrs to 1800 hrs or check-in between 0800 hrs to 1200 hrs.
  • 6.The Hotel reserves the right to levy an additional charge of 100% of the room rate paid for check-outs after 1800 hrs or check-in before 0800 hrs.
  • 7.In case of failure to abide by any clauses or non-payment, the liability of the said bill would lie with your office.(Corporate & Government Sectors)
  • 8.In case of any dispute, the hotel reserves the right to make final decision.

2. Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation within 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night room charges as a penalty. In case of any late cancellation or guest not checked-in, hotel reserves the right to charge the Company Or credit card an equivalent of one night stay charges including taxes.

3. Guarantee Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed by a Visa, Master Credit/Debit card Or Company Letter/Emails. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

Important: A recent Government notification requires guests to carry proof of identity at the time of check in. The proof of identity can either be the guest's passport, driving license or voter's card or National ID. Any cash payments above INR 50,000 would require PAN card copy for Indian nationals only.
CHECKING PROCEDURE In accordance to India Govt regulations, Its mandatory to provide us any cell phone No.(International / Local) & an official ID per adult is required to check-in into Hotel rooms and the only ID’s accepted are as follows:
a) Passport
b)Voter ID Card
c) Driving License
d) National ID Card
Any check-in will be refused without a valid ID in Original as specified above .
